Snowboard Courses Overview

Our ski courses are designed and run by skiers, to ensure that you get what you need to develop. So whether you are looking for professional and career development or whether you are looking to improve your personal skills in park and pipe or all mountain riding, New Zealand Snowsports Academy are the people to help you do it.

Courses 2007

10 week Snowboard Instructor Course
This course would suit a snowboarder of an intermediate to advanced level looking to become an instructor or develop personal skiing and free-riding skills to a higher level. If you can ski intermediate groomed trails and would like to learn about advanced techniques and how to teach them to others, while spending 10-weeks in New Zealand with like-minded people, this course is for you.

5-Week Snowboard Course
If you are short on time and ten weeks is hard to fit into the schedule or if you have not had very much experience on a board but would like the chance to really improve your skills and learn about the fundamentals of teaching others to ride then this is the course for you.

Park & Pipe Camp
This course would suit a skier who has the ability to ride the whole mountain and would like to learn how to ride park and pipe, to the very experienced park and pipe riders looking to polish their skills with the help of our experienced professionals.
